After confirming product details, quantity and price, we prepare the order confirmation including specifications, packing requirements and delivery terms.
Payment & delivery
After payment confirmation, we arrange stock preparation or production according to your order requirements.
After final payment, we provide packing details and shipping documents. You arrange pickup directly from our warehouse.
We arrange delivery to the appointed port and provide export documents. Your forwarder handles ocean freight from the departure port.
We arrange sea shipment to your destination port, including export handling and freight service. You complete customs clearance after arrival.
After-sales & warranty
After shipment, we follow the delivery process and keep you updated until your order arrives safely.
If any issue occurs, please send photos or videos. Our team will review the case and provide a solution as quickly as possible.
Parts are covered by a 2-year warranty or 60,000 km. If any quality issue occurs, please contact PSQ and we will support the solution.
